You can't fight the old man. Set in his ways, he is. :hammer:

I've sent an e-mail to WDW and hope to hear something back as well.
I understand that. Any possible way that you could print it out for him? I'm sure that he would not be the only one at registration to not have his waiver, so there must be something in place for this. If it's not worth the battle, just have him get his waiver at registration.

BTW, where is everyone eating the night before the race? We are doing Tony's for lunch on Saturday and Liberty for Dinner. I plan on pigging out both places.

Congrats, Gary! :sohappy:

 I haven't done anything yet.

I told Linda not to tell anyone until after I finished, if I finished.

But I keep running into friends of hers and they say: "Wow! I heard you were going to run the half-marathon. That's great. Congratulations."

. . . with the understood but not verbalized: "Wow. Can those little toothpick legs really hold up that immense bulk for 13 miles?"

. . . and as of this moment, we still don't know if they will.:lookaroun

Bib# 1531 for the full, I'm a little nervous about it...my training hasn't been going as well as I had hope cause of weather, school, and mild leg injuries.

I have a question for spectators: My parents will be down with me and were hoping to watch some of the race, they were wondering if there was any type of transportation to some viewing locations, like a bus or something, or if they would have to provide their own way of getting there?

Good luck to everyone, especially first timers! Tip for spectators - I would not recommend trying to use any transportation other than the monorail. You will be able to see the start, then see runners at the transit center, MK, Grand Floridian and the finish. If you try to go to AK or DHS, you likely won't make it there in time or make it back for the finish or both). It's also a good idea if you have purchased the hopper ticket to enter Epcot and catch runners going through the park, unless you are set on seeing them cross the finsh line.

Anyone else registered for the "Dopey?"

Hey, does anyone know if they use photo pass during the marathon? I brought my own camera last time, but I don't feel like carrying one this time.

Here's another body to the running masses.

well, not exactly "running" necessarily, but shuffling with a purpose at least. :D

oh, and if you are extremely slow watch out around mile 8 - my lung will probably be plopped out on the road somewhere around there.

So counselor, if I slip and fall on your coughed up lung, do you think I would have a good lawsuit against Disney?

Good luck to everybody!! This will be my first marathon and I can't wait! Is it ok to mention that my main inspiration is to meet all the characters?
