its a great ride with no drops, plus its in the dark, so you cant really get any concept of height. Its totaly worth it, like others say, ride in the front and keep your head back.
Depending on weight and time of day the main run from launch to end brakes is 60 - 80 seconds. Maximum track elevation is around 75ft above Sunsets southern end (Sunsets highest point is around 60ft above sea level)I believe its 1 minute and 22 seconds. atleast I think thats what the Celebrations magazine stated. :ROFLOL:,but for the OP.. Deffinately give it a try. It is a tame rollercoaster and the music really adds some pump. You'll be fine.
This is kind of a strange tip but during the ride, push your head back into the seat as much as you can. The ride goes so fast that sometimes my head bounces around between the restraint. Usually when I get off, I have a bit of a headache (it goes away quickly) I find that if I push my head back against the seat it helps.
Oh, and enjoy! You will love it![]()
Yes! Make sure to follow this advice!
The sell liquid courage at Dad's bar inside of 50's Prime Time. Thanks everyone for all the great advice!!!! For today, I feel brave and want to ride....now come next week...who knows???

You won't regret the decission. This is possibly the best coaster at Disney. My three sons (12, 12, and 9) and I rode this several times in a row last year before closing....they loved it.....JillC....I do believe you have convinced me to ride!!!! You sound exactly like me about rides.
The last time we were in WDW in 2008, I rode Mission Space and vowed I would never get on it again. My stomach constantly felt like it was dropping (a sensation I just am not crazy about). My husband said if I could ride that ride....I should be able to ride any coaster out there. He was selling....I wasn't buying...ha ha
Wish me luck everyone...
