with the trail permit... appearently there has been a lot of heavy machinery on the old RC lot... perhaps this permit is for more than just the trail? or there is a burried permit for demo of RC?

Let me put it another way, then. It seems Disney can do almost anything. Why can't it get imagineers, biologists, and whoever else is needed to make Bay Lake swimmable? Still seems to me like it would be a huge value add.

People in the water + Watercraft is a perfect recipe for disaster. And I think it would be a huge liablity

On a side note anyone want to place bets on when the paperwork will be filed on the demolition of the unfinished Classic Years?

I don't know why FW doesn't just expand the main pool a little and outfit it with the same sort of thing as the swimmin hole, like the zip line and such.... I think it'd be a nice tribute...
