I can't believe I am still up. But there is a Law and Order marathon on, and I have become hooked thanks to my old roomie.

Just got back from Disney 
I needed the rest, so I really slepts in. Got up at 4 in the afternoon
We left at about 5:40 p.m. and my mom drove right to the Contemporary and since I had a dinner booked at Chef Mickey's I was able to get in there. I have the DDE card so I can vallet park for free and that is what I did.
Chef Mickey's was great :king: I gave Minnie a Christmas card and I also gave her a special New Year's Eve kiss
I took the Monorail over to the Grand Floridian and sat on the grass to watch the New Year's Eve fireworks :wave: I do have the year pass, but I did not want to go into the Magic Kingdom. I am much more comfortable watching the fireworks on the grass at the Grand Floridian and that is what I did last New Year's Eve as well as the 4th of July in 2007 and the 4th of July in 2006 :wave:

I hate getting used to writing and typing the date after the year switches over.
It's such a minor inconvenience.
I say we pick a year and stick with it.

Our outing was just as "meh" as I thought it would be. The company was nice, the food was good...but I just would rather have been home.

It was ok. I played video games and watched a documentary on the Knights Templar. :lookaroun
Took a nap. Woke up. Had a arguement with DH. Said some things I needed to say to him. Kissed and made up. About 2 minutes before midnight "Wish Upon A Star" came on the Yahoo Music. Midnight came and wished my family Happy New Year. Went to bed. :shrug: It was fun. :lol::lookaroun

The Mummers' Parade had been delayed 3 hours due to rain. Which means it will run into the wee small hours.
