Ride Regrets

I regret going on Mission Space, I felt sick for hours afterwards. My kids told me I would like it and it wasn't that bad. I stupidly believed them, never again!!!

The only ride I ever had a regret on was Astro Orbiter. I was so dizzy from it I had to sit a good 20 minutes afterwards. Boy i hate that thing.

The only regret I have with this ride is the time it takes to get on the attraction especially when you go in the summer months. It's just a glorified Dumbo ride but being up high like that is pretty cool

My regret is watching the American Adventure last August. It was 3 in the afternoon and I feel asleep within minutes of the show starting. I was zapped for the rest of the night and don't remember anything due to being so tired.

The only ride/attraction I regret riding was The Primeval Whirl.
That thing bounced me around like a pin ball.
I was sore for 3 days after I rode it.:(

I use to love that ride, but the last time I was on it i was tossed around like a rag doll.

Persuaded my mum to go on ToT with me, big mistake, she said she felt faint afterwards and is always worried about trying new rides now..

I convinced my 5 year old sister to go on Honny I shrunk the Audience 5 years ago(she's 10 now). She got Terrified! It took us a long time to get her to even go into another 3-D movie and she hardly ever wears the glasses(except in Philarmagic) Everyone else in our group Loves It's tough to be a bug so we'll see if she goes on that this year...

I regret every time I was nagged into riding Body Wars. I love thrill rides of all kinds, I've even ridden the spinning side of Mission: Space 3 times in a row. But every time I was persuaded to ride Body Wars when I was younger, I'd end up feeling nauseous. I hated that thing. Good riddance to you Body Wars!:D

I don't think there are any rides I regret going on or not going on...

...although admittedly, there are a lot of attractions I can't bring myself to ride in the first place!

(Looking at you, Rock'n'Roller Coaster...)

 I have seen in other threads that you "discussed" this option....

I am in the single rider line almost all the time. My family rarely feels like going to Disney, but I always do.

I really hate it, but I have had very good things happen in the single rider line. Our next trip will not be too bad. Thanks also for not saying how bad my spelling is, I will go back and "fix" that! :D

DW is absolutely terrified of heights, so ToT and EE are out of the question. Surprisingly, she loved RNR because she "couldn't see how high we were". On our honeymoon in 2007, she said she'd ride ToT if I took her shopping at Tiffany's first - now that we've got careers and that's a more reasonable request, she's backed off that promise a bit!

RnRC :hurl:  . I thought I would die before the ride stopped, seriously. I cried and shook for at least one hour after the ride was over. I have never had that experience before on any ride and I will never go back and ride that again.

I'm lucky my fiance will go on evey ride and attraction with me. When we bring the kids though the younger one wont go back on TOT or try Aerosmith so I go with her older son which is fine but I miss riding the attractions with her

I just rode TOT first time in August, every time Id been before, Id just eaten or the wait was too long!

Visually fun ride! Rockin' is still my favorite thing over there.

Thats sad! I rode it 3 times back to back to back! 2 ppl didn't want to go so we used their fast pass and kept getting on! You really have to keep your eyes open!

The first time I went on RnRC I was terrified and the ride seemed like the scariest thing in the world to me. I completely lost my breath after the launch and I kept my eyes closed through the entire ride. A few days later I took a deep breath and faced the ride with no worries at all, and I found out that it was a very fun coaster that was not even 10% as scary as I had initially thought.

So maybe you should give it another try. If you go into the ride scared things will be worse than they actually are. :sohappy:

My gf doesnt enjoy ToT she when we are at the studios she will go shopping and I will ride it ntil she calls me and say she is finished. If the lines are still short i usually squeeze another 2-3 rides in while she waits outside. Funny thing is that I usually hook up with at least one other guy who is doing the same thing.

DW was nice enough to wait in the line with me on TOT, since we were told she could just ask to be escorted out once we got to the elevator. She was suspicious though when the CM took her to ANOTHER elevator, and it took some convincing to reassure her that this elevator was not going to free fall.
