I thought it would be cool to talk about AA's from old rides that were reused in newer ones. I'll start with a couple including some before and after pics for your enjoyment :)
3 Caballeros from Mickey Mouse Revue now in Gran Fiesta tour

The Vultures from Snow White's Scary Adventures are now on the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train (I don't believe they move anymore)

Most of the Dwarfs (Except Dopey and Sneezy) from the cottage scene in SWSA can also be seen at the end of the Mine Train

I don't know if this qualifies but when we took TKTTK tour the guide told us that there are only (and I am not sure of the number) 7 or 8 different heads used on Haunted Mansion and Pirates of the Caribbean. They just changed the clothing and hair to make them look different or even a male or female. Example; the head in HM blowing out the candles I believe is the same head in PoC that is coming out of the well spitting water (Note; it used to spit water I don't think it does anymore).

I may be wrong, but I beleive the original 'Astronaut Figment' is in a private collectors hands.

The one used in the current Attraction is a recreated duplicate with different paint schemes.

Someone can correct me if they know differently, but as far as I'm aware there are no reused figures from the Original 'Journey Into Imagination ' in the current Attraction.

Those vultures look very different from each other.

One of the new droids in Star Tours (WDW) used to be a goose (chicken?) from Splash Mountain (I was on the Backstage Magic Tour when a cm told me this, it was really cool)

Don't know if this quite counts, but some of the AA for the proposed Western River Expedition were later used in Living With the Land. If I am remembering correctly, the buffalo and prairie dogs in particular!

The Iguanodon from the discovery river tour was reused as a prop on the Backlot tour at Disneyland Paris.

This is just the saddest thing ever!

Also....Tom Morrow, formerly of Innoventions at Disneyland...

Began life as none other than The Timekeeper at Walt Disney World.

I'm not sure I buy this. Weren't both attractions running at the same time?

Thought of another. Not the AA's themselves, but AA "molds" were reused in Spaceship Earth - William Taft AA mold used as an Egyptian priest, James Buchanan as Gutenberg, John Adams as a monk, and Franklin Pierce as a scholar!
