Resorts that allow 5 in a room

Do any of the WDW resorts allow 5 guest in a room? We are inviting our oldest son Age 26 to come with us in December.

How old are the other guests? The rooms have 2 beds that sleep two, plus a daybed. But that bed would not work for most adult males. My tiny, almost 26 yo, 5'1" daughter would be fine in it.

I'm 5'4 and have slept comfortably on the day bed as has my 5'6 DD. If your adult son is over 5'6-5'8 he may not like it so much

You can always bring an air mattress and some bedding. My parents tried to make me sleep on the day bed at the boardwalk when I was 16 and that daybed was so UNCOMFORTABLE that we drove to the store to get the air bed so I didn't have to suffer anymore.

You could always consider the villas at Boardwalk or Beach/Yacht Club. You can get studios, one bedroom, two bedrooms, etc. to accomodate the amount of people you have. They do get pricey as you go up, but you'd have all the room that you could want. :)

POR, Boardwalk, Beach Club, Contemporary, Grand Floridian, Poly, Yacht Club, and the DVC resorts.

I bolded POR because this isn't necessarily true depending on the ages of the guests. There is a trundle bed but I can't imagine anyone over the age of 8 wanting/being able to sleep in it.

We slept 5 at the Beach Club, the 5th person on the daybed being a 5 foot tall 16 year old female.

We always just get 2 rooms at the values and ask for adjoining rooms. The price of 2 values is comparible if not less expensive than some of the ones that hold 5 people. My favorite part is we now have 2 tv's and 2 full baths when everyone needs to get ready. We just keep the doors open between the two rooms and it is like having one. Much less cramped.

The family suites have room for five. Also, the cabins at Fort Wilderne can sleep 6 I think.

Yes, also good options.

A value suite will be less expensive than a cabin (I think?) In a suite you're close to the main lobby and pool but at a FW cabin you could be far away! A cabin has a full kitchen but a suite only has a kitchenette. BUT a suite has two bathrooms - which is a huge plus in my books!!!

I would think the FW Cabins would be great for this. It may be a little extra effort to get to the parks each day but at least everyone would be comfortable!

I love the ASMu family suites, there are three pull-outs in the main living area and a queen bed in the bedroom, two baths and the kitchenette. Depends on the make-up of your group but it can be a good viable option. We're staying there again in September with DB and DS. It worked out very well and about the same price as two value rooms but you get the kitchenette and a coffee maker.

Depending of the age of the rest of the guests, unless one is a child, PO might be out of the question since someone would need to sleep on the small trundle bed. If I were you, I think the most affordable thing would be to look into either the Family Suites as ASMu or FW. But, if you can swing a deluxe or DVC resort. I would go that route.

Thanks Guys
My oldest is unsure if he will be coming. We lived in Orlando when he was between 7 and 10 so went to disney several times a year. He says he is all disneyed out (I did not think that was possible, but that is just me).
