I dont worry about the EMH I rarely use them so to me I like this plan Because I always know where I want to eat.....

Even if I don't use EMH I have to know which park is offering them to plan my trip. The early morning hour, for example, tends to make that park more crowded than normal during the first half of the day.

Its easy - you plan your days around the park hours and EMH. After that - you pick your restaurants.

You have to eat somewhere - the advantage to planning 180 days out is being virtually guaranteed to get what you want (as a lot of folk don't work that far ahead)
