Eh- PMs could abuse it just as easily as anyone else. Anyone can pay $5 and be a PM. It's not the same as moderators, who are specifically chosen for their fairness and dedication.

As I said, they are LESS LIKELY to abuse it, because they are paying. Anyone can abuse it, but if you are paying for something, you are less likely to do so.
