Sad that something at EPCOT does not live up to the design standards of Disney Studios Paris.
They did a fantastic job on the Ratatouille area in WDSP, and Martin's pictures highlight that. There was no way TDO was going to be able to duplicate it.

Is this planned to open with or without 3D? I know that Paris removed 3D on their version of it last year. Are we expecting the same here?

That was only temporary, I think for some maintenance-related issue. It's back to being 3D in Paris.
Paris was forced to 2D for less than a week.
The glasses washer broke.

You mean the beige fence and skyway on the right? I see what you mean! Even if the skyway is hard to completely hide, the fence def needs to be hidden.
The skyway tower. Fence is temporary. For one of the most taken photo angles of the park it’s a glaring error.

I wonder why they haven't already done that? There appears to be room for a second tree, especially if they got creative. Perhaps that's asking for too much, I suppose.
Wow. Look how big those people are at the end of the road a mile away. They must be giants!!
Well, there certainly is more room for trees, but, I really don't mind the Skyliner there. Cities have transportation and utility structures. I tend to just ignore them.

I think after the Guardians and Tron boxes we can now assume they no longer are concerned about “visual intrusions” and have to realize this is now just a nostalgic fan concept.

I couldn’t find what was wrong in the photo until I read further down. I don’t think regular folk like me care.

So? Why should one shortcomings justify many others? Should Journey Into Your Imagination be the standard by which all rides are judged?
That was the beauty of the parks. They catered for those who care and those who don’t. Those who paid attention and those who looked around, and those who didn’t.I couldn’t find what was wrong in the photo until I read further down. I don’t think regular folk like me care.

Those who don’t care lose nothing but far too many seem to find joy in the fact that those who do care do lose something.
