Core and Shell describes the most basic components of a building with no interior fit out. It’s like the empty spaces in a mall. These permits are for the underground components of what it states. That blog post is too close to implying that the attraction will be built within a year, and this permit is far more narrow in its scope. There will be no mischief within a year.

Yeah, especially since they just left the default one year expiration which generally means it will take well less then a year to do the permitted work. There will eventually be more permits for this project.

So does project MI = MIschief? Will that me in the sub title of this version of the ride?

I'm reaching for an application for the swing thing and a ride for brazil. Seeing how IP-centric Disney has become, I would think (but not hope) that they'd put an IP ride in brazil. Unfortunately, I really can't think of any IP that takes place in brazil.

Brazil isn't getting an attraction.

The African Outpost already exists...

José Carioca (known in Brazil as Zé Carioca) is a Brazilian parrot from Rio de Janeiro who is a friend of Donald Duck. He first appeared alongside Donald in 3 Disney animated feature films Saludos Amigos, 3 Caberalous, and Melody Time! Talk about an IP, he is in 3 movies! And soon they'll have an unused AA of him, when Coco evicts him.

All kidding aside about "Brazilian guests would spend their time at a Brazil pavilion" (I don't think any guest in general spends more time at their home country pavilion necessarily), one way they could make a Brazil pavilion a drawn for many Brazilians would be to have a José M&G -- from what I gather, he is very popular in that country and would probably get some significant lines.

Jose even has his own comic book series which has been running since 1961 over there. He's on the same level of popularity in Brazil how Donald is in Europe.

Looking at the concept art again, you can see that not only has the Eiffel tower been moved, but shows more of the lower structure than currently exists. Could be simple artistic license, but perhaps not. Would love to see a proper model of this addition.
