I’m sure this would effect any other contracts put into place in the past 3 months? Would those parties sue as well? Unless I am misreading it, it seems to state this only affects situations where a law was modified for the selection of a board. That seems to affect only one entity - RCID.
That should be an interactive viewer. Showing both who owns what, and when you click on something it will bring up additional details including the owner, beyond just the color coding.

I hope the First Responders will take into account that this new board will be happy to placate those with grievances until they are in charge and like most politicians, will not be so helpful once they are in charge.

Well the fun and games hasn't got started yet.

I suppose, I just don't see any of the fun and games materializing as anything more than bluster. The actual business is going to be road paving and Florida Department of Transportation compliance on roadside guardrails.

It’s only getting started. The sky is falling stuff is still very real. But, the fact is that the business of the district is largely mundane and it’s actually DeSantis and others in the state that believed it was something it was not. Even the new board didn’t realize that their responsibilities are mostly focused on soil composition and mosquito control.
Reedy Creek has historical significance as WDW lies with the Reedy Creek River watershed and the river runs through the property.

He did not. He publicly admitted he’d never heard of it before all of this started. You are right that there are certain things he has lied about to be intentionally misleading but there are other things he has said out of an abundance of ignorance.
Looking like third party bidding on who will be awarded the contract to change signage all over property from Reedy Creek to CFTOD.
