She has shown up to meeting in person so infrequently that it's noteworthy when she actually does. And her behavior is noteworthy because of the hypocrisy. It's not like the article made a joke that she only showed up because the catered lunch was 2 tacos and a hot dog.
Yes. She is in the middle of a PR crisis with her own party and followers beginning to turn on her. She hasn't shown to many meetings and she should really step down, however her own hypocrisy has shown us that we know she won't.

I think a lot has to do with her response to this unfortunate behavior. Her demeanor and attitude seems to be one of defiance, and that's what I think is keeping this in people's minds.
