Re-ride while raining

So while at MK a few days ago it started storming like crazy while my family and I were on HM (Florida weather is so bipolar ) . Upon getting off the ride, a cast member said that we could re-ride because the weather was so bad. We took the opportunity, of course, since that seemed like a once in a lifetime thing. Does this happen on any other rides?

Not necessarily durind then rain though I am betting they wouldnt mind, typically the CM's at TTA will offer to allow you to take another spin if you are interested.

On Buzz Lightyear if one of laser guns in the vehicle doesn't work they typically allow you to ride again, also they've just let us ride it multiple times when we asked. Probably depends on the CM and how busy it is. We also once received free FPs for Test Track because they shut it down due to rain when we were in line.

I had an instance where my family and I were on Test Track and one of us had our hands up when the picture was taken and someone's face was covered. (guilty) When we got off the ride and went to check our photo a CM was there and overheard my father mention that he wanted the pic but wouldnt buy it since someone face was covered. The CM back doored us and let us ride again. Naturally we felt obligated to buy the photo but it was totally worth it to ride again without waiting 60 minutes or using a FP.

We had a re-ride at the Kilamanjaro Safari from a very stoned safari driver. If there is no line then CMs will give you a re-ride if you request or out of the goodness of their hearts....or not at all it just depends.

While visiting DL my DW and I got a reride on Peter Pan. We said to the CM as we returned the platform that this was the last ride during our visit and she told us to stay on. It was a great finish to our first visit to DL.

Peoplemover is one ride where re-rides are usually allowed anytime, but for other attractions they usually are not. During heavy rain though, what happens is the ride exits back up and if people don't keep moving eventually they have stop the ride until there is room to exit. To help combat this, many attractions load every other vehicle, skip entire trains, load smaller shows, or allow re-rides. The re-rides are usually a nice treat especially if there isn't much of a line, and it keeps the exit from getting jammed with those fearing they will melt in the rain.

I reroad Spaceship Earth. Just asked if I could stay on it and they were fine with it. We also stayed on Pirates 3x at the end of a night

I've been allowed to if the lines are on the shorter side ( EMH's) and the CM's have seen me being overly excited about how the ride was. Been allowed to jump back on to reride PotC, SM, HM, BTMRR, EE, RnRC.

This happened to me also minus the stoner driver. It was pouring like mad and the CM asked if we wanted to go again since there was no line. We did and the driver turned off the canned presentation and just talked to us over the PA. He told us a bunch stuff that they don't bring up during the normal ride and even stopped a few times for us to look longer at some stuff. Very cool. I would have rode it a third time but the family was ready for lunch.

We were in the FP line last Tuesday for Test Track and a storm came through. We had to wait in line (by choice) for 2 hrs cause they wouldnt give Fastpasses out to come back.

I remember on my first trip back in 2002, we got to ride the Barnstormer 7 times in a row late at night without getting off. There was no one in line and it "was the best roller coaster in the whole place!" as I said many times pre-Space Mountain

I thought that same thing… I am like uhmm… did you duck or something? I only did a re ride on things like People Mover and basically that’s it…

I got a free re-ride on Splash once and Noone even asked for it... I guess our boat was missed in the chaos...

I got a re-ride on RnRoller coaster. We went there first thing in the morning and there were only about 6 people on with us. When we got off the CM asked if we wanted a re-ride. Sure! We just walked through the door and got on again. There was hardley anyone there. I was surprised how close it was from where you get off and where you load. This was when TSMM was fairly new and I beleive everyone went to that ride.

We got to stay aboard the rafts at Kali River Raft ride, we rode it several times without getting off. The weather was a bit chilly so not alot of folks were riding it. The same thing with Splash Mountain. I'm glad we had ponchos on.

It happened to us too! But they made us all exit the queue! I just don't get it! When the "old" TT broke down or you were stuck on the ride, they'd let you ride again and/or give you a FP for anytime later! Why don't they do that anymore? The "old" TT: once we were able to exit the vehicle and then get right back on! What has happened to those magical moments?
