Re-ride while raining

That's never happened to me although I love the parks in the rain! One of the reasons being that people freak out and leave (probably not understanding the rain usually lasts only like 20 min) and a lot of the lines get really really short.
It used to be this way! Sadly, people have caught on to the fact that if you don a poncho and an umbrella, you stay and stick it out!

I was offered a re-ride on Kali on a quiet, chilly Wednesday morning last September, but I declined, due to the fact I was soaking wet and I had woken up that morning with my cold a bit worse than usual.

The day before at MK, we had rode Thunder Mountain early in the morning (before 10, I think). When we boarded, there was somebody already in our train, and when we got off, that person remained in the train.

It never occurred to me that I could ask for additional rides. I always thought it was a bit cheeky! But I guess if you don't ask, you don't get, and when there's no queue, you might as well!

One attraction I know that doesn't do re-rides ever is Space Mountain. They physically can't send guests back to the loading area.

Attractions don't give out Fastpasses to come back if it rains or storms because it is a natural event that can't be controlled by Disney. If they do, consider yourself lucky.

I reroad Spaceship Earth. Just asked if I could stay on it and they were fine with it. We also stayed on Pirates 3x at the end of a night

That must have been good. I seem to remember as you leave the boats that the empty boats go up a steep hill to get back to the
starting level before the drop. The tunnel looks very low, did you have to crouch down for this?

(I may have imagined the above but the idea is there in mind for some reason)

We've done Khali River Rapids 3x in a row (early in the morning and not many people about). We had to get off after the 3rd time, then just joined the people in line again, with others who had joined us for the 2nd ride!. No poncho and all got very wet, but it was hot, and we had people wanting to come on with us as they saw that we were having such a good time. :p

Hmm. Haha. I actually don't remember. It was my very first trip when I was 7. I just know they let us stay on because my 3 year old brother was so sad every time we had to get off. He apparently knew how to work the CM's sympathy buttons. If only he were as cute and sweet now at 21... ;)

No problem, was just wondering. I was able to stay on the Haunted Mansion the other year. My friend came who is in a wheelchair so they stopped the ride and loaded us at the exit point. When the ride finished and we got to that point again the cm asked us if we'd like to ride again as a kind gesture. We said yes and we stayed on as the omnimovers returned to the loading point. It was great to think we were seeing a part of the attraction most don't get to see but it was actually only a very short distance around the corner.

So while at MK a few days ago it started storming like crazy while my family and I were on HM (Florida weather is so bipolar :p) . Upon getting off the ride, a cast member said that we could re-ride because the weather was so bad. We took the opportunity, of course, since that seemed like a once in a lifetime thing. Does this happen on any other rides?
Happened to me on HM as well. I still had to get off, but they had the door open at the exit that takes you to the load area, and no one was actually in line. It was crowded, but people were just there for shelter. Never a better time to ride HM than at night during a storm!

This one time at Storybook Treats, it was like 12 a.m. in the morning (24 hour event) and the guy was like, "That'll be $2.00 (or something)!" and I reached for my wallet and then he was like, "Hey, shhhhh...." and made it for me and said, "I'll give it to you for free, don't say anything. :)" That was the highlight of my night. I feel bad for not tipping him or giving him a good review at City Hall, though. :(

Back in December we got to ride Dumbo three times in a row close to park closing time. The temp had dropped into the 50's and it was freezing. There was only one other couple walking with us and NO ONE else in sight except for some very enthusiastic CM's who talked us onto riding their ride. The five of us got to stay on each time and after the third time the CM's were all chanting "closing time, closing time!" We got off and they walked us to Dumbo's exit thanking us profusely for riding and shook all our hands. As we were walking away, I don't know why I looked back, but two of them were doing cartwheels back up the walkway into the ride. I made everybody (even the other couple I didn't know) stop and look to verify I wasn't seeing things, lol. We laughed and joked about how much caffeine they must have consumed. That was probably one of the best rides I'd ever taken and we stopped at Guest Relations to let them know some great magic had happened.

Got a re-ride on Spash, early in the morning. First time through there was no music, may have stopped once or twice, so the CM told us to stay in our boats.

My wife and I were on the old version of TT and got stuck at the point of the semi blasting its horn. We listened to the horn for 15 min and then had to fight a CM to stay on for a pause free trip. That was the only time I've ever stayed on a ride.

During passholder previews for the NFL, we rode the Little Mermaid ride 2x in a row and the CM asked after the 2nd time if we wanted to go a 3rd time. We passed on it though.

Not while raining, but during a slow night (I think there was a parade going on) I ended up going around Splash Mounting 3 times without getting out. Definitely a good way to relax (yes, there's the drops but for the most part it's pretty calm and it's cool to overlook everything at night time).

During the MNSSHP in 2012 the CM allowed Me, my wife, sister and brother in law to stay on Splash Mountain for 4 rides in a row!
