Quick question, maybe a dumb one:

If for some reason you dont have all your dining reservation #'s with you when you arrive at check-in, will the CM at check-in be able to pull them up for you?

I've always had mine with me so I've never had to do it. But, just thinking what if. Thanks!

As long as you used your confirmation number to link your dining to your room reservation (or dining plan) in the first place, they'll have it there for you.

Providing that you have it linked to your conformation number yes. If I am not mistaken the DRC can search by name as well if they are not linked.

I've usually had to go over to the Guest Concierge desk, the check-in CM was usually just concerned with checking me in.

I usually check in, and my wife or son retrieves the ADR list if need be.

Yes, they can pull it up. But, I always like to have my confirmation # w/ me just in case they can't find it in the system.

My husband and I store all of our confirmations on our WDW Dining app on our I-phone. Before that, I had them on a sheet along with parks we would be in and park hours folded in my bag.

Love the I-phone Disney apps! Especially dining. It is great if you are in a park and everyone wants something different for lunch (older teenage kids), then we can look at menus at go get what we like.

Personally I've never been asked for my D.R number, just name and sometimes phone number on reservaton.
