I've not been to MK since 91! But I'll be there in 9 days! I was trying to find out if Main Street still has the arcade with the 1 cent nickelodeons? Thanks!

I don't recall any arcade, but if you go upstairs to Main Street Station they have those viewers where you turn the handle and its like watching a short film as pictures flip by. Are those what you are looking for?

Nope. They arcade gone for quite some time. I do believe there are still some nickelodeons in the train station.

Actually, if I'm not mistaken, a "nickelodeon" was an early jukebox, similar to a carousel band organ. You put a coin in, and it played a tune. There used to be one of those on the platform level of the Main Street train station, but I'm not sure if it's still there.

The viewing machines that flipped photos to show a rudimentary moving image were called something else, but it's escaping me at the moment... Something-scope...

EDIT: Aha! Popped in my head as soon as I hit "Post". Mutoscope. :)
