The only time it ever got awkward was when a character came over and would point to the (obviously) empty seats.

I think it depends on your personality, some people can't even go to a movie alone so if your like that maybe skip it.
Also, and I am speaking to whats going on with you, but if this was a trip you had planned with her, I can see this being tough. Anyway to bring a friend or relative would be MUCH better, just to keep your mind off her etc...
I have a trip planned for end of September, I was suppose to go with my fiancee but we have since broken things off. I was wondering how enjoyable Disney is going alone. Also the sit down restaurants how awkward is it to go to them alone?
I ate at La Hacienda de San Angel on my recent solo trip and had fantastic service and an awesome table. I'm the kind of person who hates going to restaurants alone but it was a really nice experience. I got the impression that the fact that I was alone was taken into consideration by the staff there.
Hey, how was La Hacienda by the way. I haven't heard any reviews since the meu change? Also, do you still eat "outside" overlooking the boats?
Are you by chance mixing up La Hacienda, the newly constructed restaurant that overlooks the world showcase lagoon, and San Angel, the restaurant inside the pavilion that over looks the Three Cablinaro's boat ride attraction?Hey, how was La Hacienda by the way. By the way this is my 2,000 post. :sohappy:

I have not been to San Angel in a while but I understand that they have improved. That of course is not saying much as Moe's would be a drastic improvement over the San Angel of a few years ago. I ate at La Hacienda shortly after they opened and really enjoyed it. The portions are a bit small for the prices but the quality was really good. Also the view of Illuminations from there is very good and somewhat unique. I would not hesitate dining there again for a second.Oh, I see our ressies are for La Hacienda de San Angel and not San Angel inn. So, which is better? Is San Angel Inn still crap?
