Nope. A ballroom place here at the shore.



We're having so much fun learning! I was really surprised by the varied demographics of the people there.... The other night, there was a whole wedding party (including the young ones!). It was great! We love practicing. Last week, we practiced our ballroom dancing at the DMV (plenty of space ).

Of course I'll bring back presents. How many would like a map of the parks? A show schedule?

The Mom posted a while ago asking for who was going to be there. I have put my schedule in her capable hands, so you might want to let her know what you're up to if you'll be in the parks and see what's going on. I want to be surprised!

Oh.. I was jsut asking, so I wouldn't be terribly surprised if you showed up at UoE and said Hello. I've had that happen a few times.. I'm getting pretty good at the blank-stare thing.

I guess they all teach similar steps. The place we took lessons is in Cherry Hill, but there's another place near here where you pay 20$ at the door, you can bring your own wine and dance all night!

One time we were waiting for a table at Red Lobster and they had speakers outside where we were waiting. I grabbed Linda and did a basic Rhumba with a few spins, nothing fancy, but when we went inside for our table everyone was applauding:lol: .

It's so much fun, isn't it? That's great!

$20 to dance all night? Wow! I can't complain.... This place gave us a great all-you-can-fit-into-your-schedule rate for August since my sweetie has classes EVERY night the dance classes are offered this fall.... We'll just go to the dance parties until December!

And Rob, seriously, I know Mom said other employees were stopping by at some point--there's a meeting set up (Marky is coming! woohoo!) but I didn't bother with the specifics since flying down for 40 hours was enough planning!

I'll be there Friday night and Saturday!

I know that several people said they would be there. Mom has kept track of exactly who and such.... I'm not purposefully being vague, I just have had my hands full and really only worried about my own arrangements!
