I do wonder what a full CM strike would do. Unfortunately, CMs are so dedicated to making sure guests love their trip that they won’t fully commit to no one working. Imagine the chaos of Disney if every CM actually striked. Parks shut down, tickets refunded for guests, millions in revenue lost. And that’s just one day. Hiring to fill all those roles can’t happen in a day. They’d come to an agreement fairly quickly.

UCF in-state tuition/books is estimated around $7000, so $5250 is still a sizable chunk of that. But of course for out-of-state (e.g. Florida resident for less than 12 months) the costs are ridiculously higher, something like $22,000. Would be interesting to know what percentage of WDW CMs have taken advantage of the program.

I can tell you just from my own experience at UCF that a ton of people take it in undergrad, although I saw less in grad school.

I guess technically, but it was a blip from the stock buybacks announcement.

Walk off the job and strike at WDW guarantees your termination.

CMs walked off the job Disney would have to shut down. They couldn't just hire people off the street without a background check and that takes time
