Hmmmmm...found this....interesting, huh?

http://www.bubbygram.com/gwbushjmfla.htm

Based in Florida.
Can be booked for events, even with a "secret service" escort.

Yep.

I bet you are right. Look - the impersonator on the bubbygram website is even wearing the same pin in the same spot and the same tie as the president on the camera phone picture!

That's too funny - I wonder who hired him. What a hilarious (but mean) thing to do for a living LOL.

Actually, the tie that the bubbygram photo shows (http://www.bubbygram.com/gwbushjmfla.htm) is almost identical to the one Bush is wearing in the Reuters photo taken on 12/29 and posted at Yahoo photos (http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story2&u=/050101/photos_pl/mdf807096&e=13&ncid=27). While the Bush in my camera photo has a dark tie on (http://img130.exs.cx/img130/5424/president1zu.jpg). In all three it appears that Bush (or the psuedo Bush) has a flag pin in his left lapel. Im afraid this doesn't solve anything for me.

Disney soccer fan - You could try to contact bubbygram to find out if the impersontor was at DTD that night.

That has got to be the smartest idea we have had in this thread yet.

It would be neat to know what the impersonator was doing there that night. Did Disney hire him, or was it a private party? It might help to ask on some other forums. I will.

Impersonator or the real deal, it really isn't that hard to get a solid red tie (heck, Regis wears those all the time and they sell them at Sears).

As for the pin, i'm sure it's not that uncommon for an American President to be wearing a flag pin. In fact, do a yahoo search on President George W. Bush (or just go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_W._Bush) and in almost every picture, he has the same pin in the same location.

Either way, I hope they email you back so we can put this to rest.

You're right. My dad wears red ties and flag pins on his lapel. No one has mistaken him for the President yet though. Since he's about a foot taller and 75 pounds heavier than Bush, it would be pretty funny to see though.

Keep us updated on the email!

While the impersonator Bush looks a great deal like the real Bush, the lady impersonating Laura Bush doesn't really look anything like her. And what about the Bush twins?

Alright, MY TURN!!!

First of all, I just love how liberals start off their comments like this:

Now, this isn't political but......(insert your favorite Bush bashing statement here), or for that matter your favorite America bashing statement.

Let's get a few things FACTUAL Here:

(1) He won the first election. FACT

(2) How many times were our troops attacked during the Clinton Presidency? And might I add with NO retaliation? Yeah, that's guts!!!

(3) Clinton had the opportunity to begin a war on terror, but he was too busy taking campaign contributions from those supporting the terrorists all over the world.

(4) Let's not forget the FIRST attack on the WTC during the Clinton Presidency.

(5) Can you say Lewinsky? Rose Law Firm?, Missing document? Hmmm,

(6) President Bush WON reelection.

Now, I know, none of you out there have made this political. Yeah, right.
Just get over it already. Face it. Your guy was a horrible President, his Vice-President didn't have what it took to win, and the BETTER MAN WON.

As for his visiting the parks, I think it's GREAT. It doesn't matter that all the things are happening throughout the world right now are happening. Last I checked, the President is allowed to take time off, take his family on vacation, and yes, even have fun once in a while. I'm sure NONE of you have laughed, been on vacation, or had any fun since Sept. 11th huh?

Or are you trying to say that being President is something more than just being an everyday kind of person. Hmmm, don't even try that one on me. That's NOT what you said while YOUR guy was ummm, shall we say, enjoying himself in the Oval Office. Nice try though.

I see no problem with ANY President spending time in the parks, and I think it is an HONOR that he chose WDW for his stop. And I would think that anyone who had an opportunity to meet ANY President would also feel very honored.

It's just too bad that more wasn't made of his visit nationally.

How so? It doesn't matter who you are; respect should be earned. It doesn't matter if you are President Bush or Joe Nobody. Respect is earned, period.

Well said. They shouldn't be FORCED to respect him just because he's president. I don't respect my premier or my prime minister. In fact, I'd throw a pie at them if I could...*dreams*

(6) President Bush WON reelection.

...ugh nevermind with that. Haha.

And BTW, It really looks like an impersonator to me. But prehaps its just cos the quailty of the photo cams.

Oh here we go again with the conspiracy theorists. Let me ask, if Kerry had won, and the Republicans made the same claim that he TRIED to make early on, what would you liberals be saying right now? Huh? C'mon.. I wanna hear you defend that one.

And I hope the President and his family (or whoever it was), had a great time at WDW.

When did she say she thought he cheated? Someone is on their high-horse, looking for any excuse to get their agenda out.

All she stated was that, like the rest of the world, we collectively rolled our eyes when he was re-elected.

 Conspiracy theories? Where in my entire post did I mention ANYTHING out of the ordinary. Let me just get this straight...

1) I'm not American so I care VERY little about what you do. The only time I care a bit is simply because of the fact that I am, indeed, attached to you. You know Canada right? Way up North...

2) I would of voted NADAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Baha. Not Bush, or Kerry.

3) If he was there, which I don't think he was, I also hope he had a good time.

I believe that she mentioned my comment about his winning reelection and said, ugh, nevermind on that one. Now I know you may THINK we're all stupid out here.........

I'm NOT trying to get ANY agenda out. I'm not selling anything. I'm merely defending our President. If you have read some of the comments on this thread, you will notice that most of have taken cheap shots at him. Some directly, others indirectly. How come when they do that they're expressing their right to free speech, and when someone defends President Bush, they've got an agenda? Can you answer that? Or why each one of those cheap shots starts out with Now, this isn't political but......?????? Can you answer that one? Just say what you are....a liberal. Or are people afraid to admit to what they are?

Again, with respect to ANY President visiting the parks, I believe it can be nothing but positive no matter your politics. To turn the conversation to cheap-shots is insulting. But believe me, I'm not afraid to fight back.

Whoa, whoa, whoa!! Relax, buddy. I spose that if I was an American (WHICH I AM NOT) and if I was able to vote (WHICH I AM NOT) I would be a LIBERAL. And proud of it too! Just like here I'm part of the NDP party.

I have seen NO cheap shots that weren't meant to be taken as jokes. I think you should relax, take a deep breath and just let it go.

I was not trying to offend anyone. Sorry if my "uggh nevermind" comment got some of you worked up.
