Canon 5D, 50D, xti
below all canon:
17-40mm f4L
24-70mm f2.8L
70-200mm f2.8L IS
28-105mm f4L
35mm f1.8
50mm f1.4

I leave in three days for my first solo trip to do just Photography. I am only there two days so I am having trouble narrowing my shot list. I think I am going to take the 5d with the 17-40mm for wide angle stuff, the xti with 28-105 for general carry and take the 35mm for dark rides. Everything else stays home.

I think I would take the 2.8 lenses and the 35mm/1.8 and only one body, unless you want a backup.
You can leave extra stuff in your room, like for night versus day, etc.
Most of the shots tend to be more toward wide angle than telephoto but the 7-200mm could come in handy sometimes, such as on the Safari ride.

BTW- I have a Canon 50D, 17-55/2.8, 85mm/1.8, and 70-200/F4 IS. For WDW though I just use a good P&S. The reason is that when we are at WDW we are doing rides, etc., and not just photogrpahy. Keeping the weight and bulk low really helps when in the parks all day. Now if I were going as you are just for photography it would be different.
