The proper response is "you DON'T want to know". It's a greeting, not a question really. Think "Hi! How are you?" not too many people really want the answer.:lol:

LOL! that´s exactly what I would say! People do not want to know!

Seinfeld did one of his monologues about that too! :D

Have you heard Seinfeld on his cd talking about the answering machines? He is so right with that one too! Sometimes you just want to call and leave a message, but all of a sudden the person picks up the phone and then you are like uuhh... lol

Lol, an episode on Fox (Think it was Fox) last night started with that :)

The "Out of Towner" is obviously a Texan:

Texas: Mighty fine, Mighty fine. My brother-in-law just picked me up from the airport, miiiiighty big airport ya got here...

The same scene is played out with the next 2 or 3 customers through the door. It was pretty funny to watch a Texan among New Yorkers in a hotel bar. I think it was a Super Bowl commercial, just not sure which Super Bowl.
