I'm pretty sure I read (probably from you), that the proposal saw the building staying but being added on to?Not exactly.

Never assume anything!
I'm sorry, but that thing just looks like Frankencastle to me.

You should go back and read a few pages if interested in what @CanadianGordon is talking about. What new pavilion is being built when they have empty ones in the park? The rumors are a lot of armchair statements that everyone makes on these boards (including me). The ride rumor that has some teeth to it is replacing Ellen's Energy with something. Rumor was GotG but that has gone quiet. There's a lot that can be done at EPCOT that could be it an outstanding park again. Hopefully they are smart with their choices.
You did and it was.
Slip of the tongue. So far as I know it's still planned to be an "is".Interesting use of the word "was"...
Is the project still an "is", or is it now a "was"?
I'm sorry, but that thing just looks like Frankencastle to me.

Food and Wine Storage. I believe the Millennium Village 'tent' is on 8.
Also, is there a map showing the Epcot expansion pads you guys are referring to hen you say 4, 5 ,6? .Thanks!
That I don't know off hand, but given it was considered for the park I'd guess not.@marni1971 does Tokyo have exclusivity on the Beauty and the Beast ride making it impossible for it to come to Epcot or no?

Shame, if it was going into the correct park (DHS) alongside an addition of the Mickey Mouse ride instead of a Great Movie Ride replacement, then that would help to fill out the DHS expansion while leaving the space for Epcot to get something more fitting.
I disagree. Ratatouille is maybe the most fitting ride for the WS. I've stated my reasons before, but I spend a ton of time in Paris and this ride captures the culture, feel and beauty of the French People while celebrating a great Pixar movie. If it's the dislike of IP being forced into EPCOT then oh well... like it or not, that will continue to happen and for my assurance this attraction is just truly a good fit.
I believe rat is the strongest contender.Sorry to be picky, but does "was" mean that it is no longer in consideration and that it will be Ratatouille that will be the ride for the France Pavilion if it gets the go ahead?
Any chance of seeing Beauty and the Beast show up somewhere more appropriate? Might they even consider it?I believe rat is the strongest contender.
I've not heard anything along those lines and would be pleasantly surprised if I did.Any chance of seeing Beauty and the Beast show up somewhere more appropriate? Might they even consider it?
*Cough* MK? *Cough*
