Hi, My husband and I and two daughters are planning on a trip to Disney from the end of Aug to the beginning of Sept. We are considering staying at the Beach Club Villas 1 bedroom but never stay in a villa before. We wanted know if given a choice where most people would stay and why? The choices are BCV or VWL or Yatch Club Conceirge. This is our 5th trip to Disney and we have stayed at the WL, Poly, and GF in the past. Our daughters are 9 and 12 and we thought they would enjoy being close to epcot and the pool at the beach club.
Please help us decide where to stay we value you opinions and thoughts.
Thank you in advance

We love the Yacht Club, but didn't think the concierge was worth it. We do like to spring for the water view though. It's nice to be able to see Illuminations from your room.

I know this isn't one of your choices but if i had an opportunity to stay at a disney hotel i'd choose the AKL but out of your choices i'd pick the beach club because it looks pretty awesome and if your daughters would like the pool etc then it'd be worth it to stay there.

I've stayed at Beach Club and Boardwalk in a studio and Saratoga Springs in a 1 bedroom. Just from what I saw on how the rooms are decorated and have that homey feeling, I'd stay at Saratoga. I know it's not on your list, but it's beautiful! You can take a boat to Downtown Disney too which may interest your daughters!

If you're Epcot people, I would totally pick the Beach Club.
If you're going to the MK more, go for the Wilderness Lodge.

You'll love it either way =)

We stay at the BCV a lot since that is our home resort. I can't imagine that you would be at all disappointed if you stay there. The VWL are nice as well. I would still pick the Beach Club because of the location. You have also already stayed at the WL so I would try something new.

If your kids like to swim, I'd definitely go for Beach Club. The pool is amazing, and the hotel is in a great location.

Wilderness Lodge is beautiful, and always a great place to stay, but since you've been there before, I'd do something different.:)

I am a huge fan of the Boardwalk Villas. DH & I stayed there in May and thought it was beautiful. We loved our room, it was perfect. Beach Club is really nice too - we thought it was a lot more crowded there though. The Boardwalk was usually very quiet & relaxing. Our pool was circus themed, and had a water slide. It was never overly crowded. The Beach Club pool is the best pool ever - but we noticed on our walks around the resorts that their pool was always packed.

Both places are excellent though. You can walk to Epcot & DHS & Fantasia mini-golf. So you really can't beat the location. :)

We loved the BCV! We stayed in a 2 bedroom and the walk to epcot and the pool were huge selling points for us! I think your family would love it!

But, beware! Once you stay in a one bedroom with the space and laundry, you may never want to stay anywhere else!
