If I'm not mistaken, those are in Exposition Hall, located in the back portion of the building. There are some other cutouts that you can use as props as well.

The easiest way is to upload it into your WDWMagic photo album, then right click, click on properties and copy the address. Then start your new post, look for the little yellow box with the mountain in it, click on that and paste your address in.
