I just wanted to say that if anyone was on the fence about getting PhotoPass+, I whole heartedly 100% recommend getting it! I am currently going through my pictures! They must have taken over 150 of us! And all the meal and ride pics! Its just amazing!!

I'm adding the pics to my trip report right now and love being able to relive the entire trip!!

Thanks for the clarification. I'm on vacation until after the new year when we get back so I should have plenty of time for editing, etc. (I hope ;) ). I'll just make sure they are all loaded while we're at the World by checking at the kiosk as you suggest.

The 30 days should be more than enough time for a normal person to do the edits. My last order ended up having something like 3000 pictures, 7 cds worth, so I tend to go a bit overboard on the edits.

Ok so this PP+ if u prepay they will send u a lanyard in the mail showing u have the PP+. Once ur vacation is over, they give u a certain amount of time to edit photos before they send you the copy of the cd??? Also once I get the cd, I can print all re pictures for free at home or had them sent to Walgreens? Or does it still cost me money to print pictures! Idk this is so much more confusing than it needs to be! Lol so clarification plsase

Once you get the CD you can print the pictures anywhere, but you will pay whatever standard printing costs at the location of your choice such as Walgreens or WalMart. You own the rights so it is just like taking your SD card from your camera to make hard copy prints.

Close. If you prebuy the PP+ you will get a package in the mail. This will include 2 vouchers and a CD of stock WDW images. One voucher you need to take to WDW to claim the PP+ lanyard. Then use that to claim any of the PP+ pictures. You can also use regular PP cards to get regular PP pictures. This works well if your party splits up for a bit. You then have 30 days from when the picture was taken, to claim it on the website. Once claimed, you have 30 days to edit the pictures. You then need to use the second voucher to redeem for a prepaid PhotoCD on the website. The prepaid CD will include a copy of any valid pictures on your account at the time you redeem it. You will then get the CD in the mail. You can then use the pictures on the CD just like any picture you took (can't sell them though) print them at home, stick em on facebook, get them printed by Snapfish, whatever.

You CAN take the CD to Walgreens and print them out.
You have 30 days from the time you claim the pictures off of your photopass card to order your CD. Once you order the CD it will take about 2 weeks to get to you and then you can take that CD to Walgreens to print.

Sort of - When you prepay for PP+ - they send you a disk set and voucher. Bring the voucher with you to WDW. Take the voucher to the photo store in any of the parks. There they will give you the laynard. The laynard will be punched with a date so you can use it for only 14 days from the date of pickup. You enjoy your vacation! Hand over the laynard to every photographer you see - get lots of shots - enjoy the ride and meal pics - they will all be added to your photopass card ( you may have to do this manually depending on your location - more on that later). When you log into your photopass.com account, all your pics will be there. You can edit, add borders, etc. When you are all finished with your trip, and completed the editing of your photos, you will put the "disk" in your cart on the photopass.com website.

In that originoal disk that was mailed to your prior to your trip, you will find another voucher. This has a code on it. The code is the coupon code that you enter into the check out phase. This will make the disk free. You can upgrade shipping for a small fee.

When you recieve the disk you will have all the digital images of your trip. Everyone! You can take them to Walmart, use shutterfly, go to Target, where ever you wish. You know own the images so you can print them where you wish.

A quick note about adding pics to your photopass card on your laynard. At Poly for example, the meal at O'hana. We got our printed pics, and then had to physically take the reciept over to the photopass desk and have them added onto our laynard there. However, at Tusker House at AK, they added them on automatically for us. After you ride a ride and get the photo, write down the number of your photo and go to the photo check out and they will add the image to your laynard.

Hope this helps!

Is there anywhere at Downtown Disney to redeem your voucher for the lanyard? I would like to try to do this on our arrival day and not wait until we are in DHS the first day.

Yes. The Photopass area by Team Mickey should be able to help you out. I believe it is the same location as where they do the BBB pictures. Also, you can do it at GF, Poly, AKL, and Beach Club at the Photopass kiosks there.

Where can you find a list or example of the Magic Shots? I'd also like to see a complete list of the restaurants and rides that are included. I couldn't find PP+ on the photopass website at all until I read through this thread and followed the link someone posted.

I've made my Christmas cards on snapfish using a PP picture before, I'd imagine it's the same with PP+.

Yes, the pics you get on your disk are the same if you have PP or PP+. The difference is what pics you are paying for. If you have PP you need to pay out of pocket for dining and ride pics. If you have PP+, you get the dining and ride pics along with all the other PP pics that are taken.

The best listing I have seen is the one over at StitchKingdom here -> www.stitchkingdom.com/disneysphotopass/ It's a little out of date, they just added a few new ones for the new Fantasyland.

When you edit your photos, can you make your Christmas card with some of them?
Thanks for all of the info you have given, it's been very helpful!

Yes. They should have the ability to order Christmas cards directly from the Photopass site, however it may be seasonal. But if you either purchase the photo download, or the PhotoCD (included in PP+) you can definitely get your own cards made at any place that does them.
