Alright, we're talking about a monorail people. It's not happening.Likely they would only need to elevate the tracks for certain sections greatly reducing costs. It is feasible IMO.

So Iger's annual cost is about $5 million a foot - the monorail is a bargain by comparison! You mean build a transportation between parks on an elevated track? I hear that costs $10 million a mile.
its odd they didn't just include shopping into more of the theatre district plan, or just do this at the same time to have all the construction walls at the same time to avoid the always construction mode they are in
not that im opposed to adding new things though
Been about a month since a post in this thread. Has anyone been to the AK lately? Any insights into what's going on in this construction zone?
We have gotten very few construction updates on anything lately at WDW.
Expanded Mombasa marketplace turning the stockroom into shopping building new stockroom.
Has this been confirmed?
that sounds pretty spot onI feel like the consensus is that it will be a secondary path between Africa and Asia (specifically, so you can go from the Safari/Pangani/train station to Asia without passing through the main part of Harambe). It will also feature a counter service restaurant with covered seating and may include some merch.
I might be going this weekend. I'll take a look if I do
Thanks. Have seen no detailed DTD updates for a month now. Also new DAK construction. That is unusual.
Actually drove by DAK on the way to dinner last night and I could see the dirt/clearing going on for Pandora. Not much new on that front at least.
