Interesting permit. Contractor is Balfour Beatty (one of Disney's big contractors) and has an expiration of 6/8/2024.

Fun piece of trivia, Balfour Beatty built the rope bridge for Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom since they were building a dam in that gorge near where they were filming the movie.
