Well there was a hint awhile back DHS might be getting a parade again so that’s why I was wondering. But yeah ADT would have nothing to do with that.

More than possible. Kind of hilarious if it's taken them nearly a year just to get a trailer from 'test' to 'build'

I do wonder however if this was for the new Harambe Market seating area that is still being built.
