I don't think so. As I mentioned in my previous post there were a bunch of permits all from the same contractor, same day, spanning all four parks and Disney Springs.

Interesting permit today from Adena Corporation. They generally do larger projects, for example they install both the rides in Toy Story land as well as the ride system for Guardians of the Galaxy. They were also involved with the Rock'n'Roller coast refurb.
