Yup. Have to say, been to that park countless times and never, not once, ever had an idea of what was in that shop or had any interest in entering it. Like you said, I noticed it on the way out each time, probably due to my tendency to walk on the right entering and exiting. Guess all the Brit's on the forum here will say they noticed it each time they entered.
It was my favorite store to browse in the park. Truly unique merchandise, and these days the only place where everything wasn't the same thing you could find at the Emporium. You missed a gem, including theming. At least we stil have the merchandise, it would seem.
That's what I am going to miss the most. The back story. Now there is going to be a random house on a city street that has a giant blue hat at the end of it.
