I think the Incredicoaster is what will save the Pier from... disappointed fans
I don't think anyone expected full on dark ride type scenes... but still expected better. Static figures, Jack Jack on sticks... honestly I've seen better at Six Flags.Just saw Incredicoaster POV: gonna give credit where credit is due, it looked pretty good. An improvement over the unthemed Screamin'. Not really sure why people were expecting dark ride-esque show scenes with full AA's.

...With its downscaled version of the chandelier that’s been hanging in the AOA lobby for nearly a decade...I hope you guys get the chance to check out the Pixar Promenade area as well as the Lamplight Lounge. I know the rest of Pixar Pier is a let down, but these two areas are really nice upgrades. And I think the coaster will be a much better experience at nighttime. Luckily WOC is down for a few more months.... lol.
It’s like they took the cheapness / laziness one step too far and they re not fooling anyone anymore.
I disagree: It was better as a great, pure, unthemed coaster with very high re-ride-ability. Screamin' was a beautiful, well-paced, unique coaster ride. Now it's junked up with obnoxious, poorly-done, half-baked story elements that aren't very entertaining and must be endured *every* *single* *time* you ride. It's not like Big Thunder, where the sets and effects are all about time, place and atmosphere. This is like being forced through an indoor/outdoor Superstar Limo each time.Just saw Incredicoaster POV: gonna give credit where credit is due, it looked pretty good. Does it matter? The coaster will probably be closed for World of Color for most of the evening. Will the numerous Jack-Jacks light up at different times at night?
I really love these Walt edits, this needs to become a thing more often."I only hope that we don't lose sight of one thing - that it was all started by a Luxo Ball. "

Shill vloggers invited to early preview of theme park. Suprisingly they loved it. Seriously, if they say something negative they'll never be invited back.
I know that everything is a pun and play on words, so, I'm kinda confused with "pal-a-round"... is it a play on some word or phrase I'm just not getting? I would have guessed that 'pal-a-round' was a play on 'merry go round' which is a carousel, not a a ferris wheel, which is what this ride is.
But it didn't always have that issue. The score's good--what you can hear of it (to be fair, Screamin' had the same sound issue). That's about the only good thing I can say about this dumpster fire.

They stuck this horribly tacky sign on the walls surrounding the carousel. No concept art on the walls, no characters, nothing. Just this sign.
Better than Mess Pierlol. No one likes Toy Story Land. Check.
