That was to be expected. There are a few here that dislike anything TWDC does nowadays, and they can't stand it when they do something right - like this.

I'm so glad to see this new addition be so sought after. I thought it would be busy, but I didn't imagine it would be like this. AK deserves this attention!!!! Can't wait to visit it next year.

Lol no disappointment here. I have been vocal that anyone who thought this land would not have crowds was crazy. And its Disney, people will flock to a new cupcake of course they would flock to a land. My criticisms remain.

I can imagine somebody in their room plotting their next online strategy to 'prove' how terrible this land is.

I fail to see your point. You do realize at Disney world people will flock to anything. It's new. Of course it's popular. It's a holiday weekend right before summer. It will be popular for the foreseeable future. And it makes animal kingdom a full day park with the (ahem) 250 minutes wait lol.

It looks like a really well themed water park. Kudos to Universal Creative. Stll, it is a water park. The 6 times I have been to Orlando (5 for Disney, 1 for Universal) I did the Disney water parks a total of 8 hours . . .

Did anyone here eat at the Pandora restaurants yet?

Had breakfast at Satu'li yesterday. I had the oatmeal and my father had the sausage and hash. Both were pretty good. I really wanted the French toast but they were sold out of that very quickly!

Edit: also had the lumpia at Pongu Pongu. It was also pretty darn good!

Yeah we have twice so far. The wait last night around 8 was nothing (10 minutes) which was surprising. The gift shop line(2 hours) and pongu line (30) were both much longer. Had the beef with rice. It was good, ask for extra side of whatever sauce you want. They mix it in ,but you will want more. Last night we got the fish with rice. It was good. They've had mahi-mahi, dogfish, and halibut since the AP previews started. Last night was halibut. The pandoran sunrise was worth getting too.
