Our new addition

Hey, folks, yours truly became an uncle at 9:45 Monday night. I wanted to post right away, but waited until I got a pic of the little guy. My baby sis had an emergency C-Section and out came little Alexander, weighing in at 7 lbs, 15 oz and standing a whopping 20 inches high (or at least, he would, if he could stand at 2 days old).

I'm away at school right now, but will be at home briefly this weekend, so I should get to see him for a bit before a short Disney trip on Saturday.

OK, done with the gushing now! :wave:

And what a boy, huh? :lol:

Mommy has dropped a good bit of the excess baggage that came with the deal, thanks probably to her insistence on walking a couple miles every day while she was pregnant (and dragging poor "Granny" with her. Oy, the complaints I would hear at the end of the day).

As for the little one, he's fat and content, from what I hear, with the occasional case of colic. Should get to see everybody again in about 3 weeks.
