This ain't Dolan and Gooby; it's legit. And awesome.
I would love to see the character bio they wrote up for him. He has virtually no history outside of the real life drama, unless you count the Epic Mickey video games.

Speaking of Oswald...did anyone like his voice in the "Epic Mickey Power of Two" videogame? For the record, I didn't. Too deep, and a little too reminiscent of Roger Rabbit, in my view. I'd like Oswald's voice to sound slightly deeper than Mickey's, and have just a little tough-guy swagger in it. JMHO.

That voice....Is none other than voice actor Frank Welker...Any movie, cartoon, commercial that needed a character, creature or Foley sound...You probably have heard him. http://www.behindthevoiceactors.com/Frank-Welker/
IMO His voice of Oswald sounds closer to his voice of Fred from Scooby Doo if he was about 12 years old..

I agree! The only "onedisney" merch that should be going around is basic stuff, such as character merchandise and so on. EPCOT merch has no place anywhere but EPCOT and Orlando Downtown Disney.
Who did that make sense to on paper? What person saw it and thought, "yeah, let's put spaceship earth merch at DL!" This onedisney thing has got to go.

I personally hope it's true. Have always wanted to meet Oswald and couldn't afford to go all the way to Tokyo. What do you all think?
Can anyone confirm this as I know he was in Japan pavillion in May meeting imagineers to discuss wether or not he was coming to WDW.
Ralph and Vanellope to replaced by Oswald the Lucky Rabbit
Rumors have been pointing to Ralph and Vanellope leaving Hollywood Studios permanently. The date looks to be sometime in November 2014 with the area possibly being refurbished for a meet and greet area for Oswald the Lucky Rabbit. Oswald was a successful Walt Disney creation that was taken from him in a contract issue. It’s funny that NBC basically traded Oswald to ABC/Disney for a couple of football announcers.

I would like to meet him but I thought Ralph would have stayed there until he was replaced by someone from Big Hero 6.
