Perhaps he will be a surprise guest at the Villains event at DHS in August. He is a villain in Epic Mickey.

If they do end up doing the rumored makeover of Hollywood Studios, I could definitely see them putting in the Oswald themed store like they have at California Adventure... which would open the opportunity to do Oswald meet 'n greets.

No. Oswald is not currently in the works for Studios.

I think the fact that Oswald is not currently in the infinity video game, or that they are not using him in shorts or the Disney channel does not fair well for him coming into the parks. Which is to bad, we played both epic Mickey games and loved Oswald, but he is just not being used anywhere.

Yes very briefly, and it stood out to people who knew him and his history, but except for the video game, most people just don't know him. My youngest got the Oswald ears at wdw last year, he loves Oswald from the game and since my oldest already had Mickey ears he wanted, Oswald to be his character, I can't tell you how many people at the park asked is who is the rabbit?
