My son got his by not being logged in at first. He said latest word is that the trick is not being logged in initially. Who knows?

Here is the latest update on Oogie Boogie Bash tickets. Ticket sales will not resume today and Disney says an update on when tickets may resume being sold will be provided a week from today on July 6.

Like many I tried to get tickets today with no luck. Very annoying. From a company that should be able to handle and expect this, disappointing.
I can only speculate there was a bot attack from scalpers as these tickets become worth above face value come sept. I wonder if they’ll move to the tokenized tickets soon.

This is a problem of their own doing. Disney's primed people to "need" to have 10+ tabs open across multiple browsers, then when that inevitably overwhelms the system, the method people are saying works on Twitter is to "open more tabs and browsers until you make it past the queue!" which only exacerbates the problem.

Whomever was pausing the queue obviously didn’t know how to do it

7 hours of people in a paused queue , then get told to visit the site again in a week to maybe find out the next sale date?

Not thrilled to be going from trying to buy tickets on a day where I had nothing going on and all the time in the world, to now having to try to do this again while on the road.

I tried all of the hacks that people recommended and still got nowhere. I don't begrudge the people who were able to get tickets or who were able to make the hacks work, and thank those who provided advice, here and elsewhere, to try and get the tickets more successfully. But I'm very, very frustrated that I invested several hours and have nothing to show for it-and it's not even because the event just plain sold out. Just "sorry, try again next week." Leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

I’m a lucky one but I would be infuriated if I didn’t get tickets and they said try again next week, I rearranged my whole day with work to have the morning free to buy them.

But the event will sell out anyway and Disney won’t care. Why invest in a system that makes money regardless?

I was one of the lucky ones. Clicked the link in the disneyland app and it let me right through. Got an email saying my tickets were pending and id find out sometime later if I got them. Finally got a confirmation 5 hours later.

They need a new IT dept.
