Iguassu Falls

Taking up the back half of the new Brazil Pavilion (and the back lots of Italy and Germany), this clone of Shanghai's Pirates of the Caribbean ride give tourists a thrilling tour of Brazil.

Starting with a queue that has a giant waterfall and places you at the waterfalls and cataracts of the Iquassu Falls, your peaceful sight-seeing cruise goes 'a-fowl' as Captain Donaldo tries to take over from your guide, José Carioca, and sends your boat down the river with a non-working engine.

In between the simulated drops down white water rapids, your boat slows down for several scenes that feature Brazilian fauna (including the birds from Rio), flora, and human habitats, until Donaldo 'helps' by releasing a dam's sluice sending you careening through the streets of a city until you wind up on the beautiful Atlantic beach.

This "Citywalk 2.0" is 100% ecologically 'green' with lush gardens and foliage and natural woods and little cement with all the restaurants and stores committed to making and selling only things with a zero carbon footprint.

Sahara Desert Adventure

Coming to Epcot in 2022, a new E-ticket attraction will open in the Morocco Pavilion using the same ride system as "Dinosaur" in Animal Kingdom while using edutainment to teach guests about the deserts of Africa and the culture of Morocco while on a high-speed thrill ride.

As you wander through the queue of this attraction through a Moroccan village, you begin to hear about Moroccan folk tales by Mama Kadhaab (meaning storyteller in Arabic), who tells you the ancient folk tale titled "The Girl Who Lives with Gazelles" before you go on your desert tour vehicle to the Sahara Desert while encountering many aspects of that moroccan folk tale as well as many cultural experiences of the country of Morocco.

Your adventure includes driving through the country and the desert learning about the culture of the country and the many aspects, including oasis, caravans, and more of the desert as well as encountering many native wildlife and the importance of family in Moroccan culture, before encountering the tribe of Gazelles and getting caught on a high-speed ride on rough terrain through the desert trying to escape the tribe while making it out of the desert, with a reference to Mine Train Through Nature's Wonderland at the end of the attraction.

Bonus: Experience the wonders and beauty of Europe while strolling down streets recreating famous places of Europe, including the bavarian villages of Germany, the piazzas of Italy, the Parisian architecture of France, the islands of Greece, the alps of Switzerland, the city streets of London and the fjords of Scandinavia, while also featuring a new train connecting Universal's new resort to the current resort.

Finished!

Bullet Train through Japan

The once-abandoned concept shall resurface at EPCOT in 2022, where you will walk into a Bullet Train, simulating a trip through Japan's sights. However, this train is a little bit magical, you will see pieces of Japanese culture, ride through a bustling night in Tokyo, and be put next to Tokyo Disneyland Resort. But towards the end, the train will fly, and you will fly right next to Mount Fuji, afterwards, you will come face-to-face with icons of Japanese pop-culture; Godzilla, Totoro, Optimus Prime, when you fly back to the station, you will hear an original song, "The Wonders of Culture."

Bonus: The International Marketplace will be a new area in "Fantastic Worlds" or whatever the park will be called, where you will walk past several stands, each representing it's own country, selling food, toys, and clothes from that country, and each stand is run by a character from an IP set in that country.
Would definitely like to see this - while a popular never-built imagineering concept - I do like how you adjusted it a little bit - and even included the nod to Tokyo Disneyland - similar to Soarin' where it used to end at Disneyland.

Bonus: +1 nice idea.

Stewie and Brian's time travel trip.
images

To bring in grown ups to Epcot, compete with Universal's springfield area, and because anything goes now because the incredibles 2 has the c word in it, Disney decided to create a motion simulator in the America pavilion starring characters from the hit show Family Guy. Join Stewie and Brian as they time travel to try to catch Stewie's toy Rupert, before the existence of the toy in a timeline it shouldn't be in breaks all of history. It will feature hidden adult jokes so kids can enjoy it, and a familiar IP so adults can enjoy it, making it "perfect" for the whole family!
BONUS: Freedom Way will feature many kiosks themed to different eras of American history and will be swapped out depending on what is now considered nostalgic during the time (for instance now it would be 80s and it will be swapped in the future for 00s).
Wow this would definitely throw a curveball into world showcase - I like Family Guy in moderation - and the premise sounds funny though Family Guy is even a bit more mature than Simpsons so I'm not sure how this will fly - but good outside the box thinking!

I do appreciate the attention to Moroccan culture and taking us out into the elements of the Sahara on a thrilling adventure. While there was definitely thought put into this attraction - I do feel that the 2nd and 3rd sentences kind of repeat each other a bit - whereas I feel like they could have been condensed down and repeat descriptors eliminated. That being said, it would be an interesting E-Ticket for sure.

Bonus: +1 even though it's just repeating from the last round.

Mulan's Adventure through China
View attachment 299697
Epcot is a lot about culture and technology which could get both get infused using a ride system but showing the Chinese culture with Mulan's Adventure through China which takes guests on adventure through Mulan's Journey of becoming a warrior.

This ride system is like the old Beastly Kingdom ride that is suspended in the air which has the use of screens and AAs which the ride starts off Mulan and her two sidekicks are walking up a mountain while you are going up then you go down a drop while you I'll make a man out of you with the movie scene playing around you, thirdly you go around a corner to see and Shan Yu AA which you start to go fast while the fight scenes are happening, and last but not least, you see Mulan, Mushu, and Cri-Kee all waving in front of China where people are cheering them on.

The queue will show Chinese culture that Epcot shows in the World Showcase and have great use of IP which Disney loves using in their parks.
Bonus: Welcome to the Worldwide Plaza ,new shopping plaza, that includes many countries around the world that have food and activites you can do all around the plaza!
A Mulan attraction would fit very nicely in China! I think you describe it well, but a trend that I'm seeing (and I was guilty of this too when I played) is the tendency for run-on sentences. Especially sentence 2 basically attempted to describe the entire attraction with commas and whiles lending to more. It's just an elevator pitch - so try to focus on the broad description of the attraction (who, what ,when, where, why) rather than try to describe the ride scene by scene. Overall though a solid effort.

This would probably be a lot of fun, a nice simulator that showcases the magnificent Japanese Culture! I'm sure that this would definitely be a magical adventure reminiscent of the classic Epcot, beautiful sights, an original song, plus edutainment! Overall, this is a really well-thought project, that would potentially give hope to those who feel like Epcot is dead, however, not sure how I feel about Godzilla and Optimus having a role in the park, due to them being mostly related to other companies, however I think that Totoro would be a nice cameo!

Bonus: Sound like a great place to walk around! +1

The Legends of Penglai
33688665603_75ca901e0a_b.jpg

Like a mix of Maelstrom and Mystic Manor, The Legends of Penglai replaces Reflections of China, a gentle boat ride through the myths, legends, and folklore of China, through the mythical land of Penglai. Guests enter through the ruins of the Summer Palace, before boarding traditional Chinese boats and venturing down a river, where a talking panda cub, Zhuxiong, guides guests through the realm of gods, heroes, and dragons, with all of the animatronics stylised after Chinese artwork.

The palace is magically restored, as guests venture through it and into the otherworldly countryside of Penglai, encountering the Eight Immortals, the twelve animals of the Zodiac, the infamous Terracotta Army that come alive to pay tribute to their Emperor, and then the Monkey King, who uses his powers of the elements to send the river itself to the stars, passing by the Moon where the Jade Rabbit guards the elixir of life, before the boats sail back to land on a sea of stars, encountering the Four Symbols of the constellations (Vermilion Bird, Azure Dragon, White Tiger, Black Tortoise), with a finale paying homage to Disney's take on Mulan.

Bonus - Coming to or with the hypothetical third gate at Universal Studios Florida, is The Troll Market, a European food market that takes inspiration from fairy tales and folklore, as exemplified in its food and merchandise.
Very cool going with an authentic cultural attraction rather than an emphasis on an IP. You clearly have some strong knowledge of the culture and it shows with the attention to specifics and something that is unique for Epcot and WDW as a whole.

AMERICAN INGENUITY
A triumphant celebration of the working class, great innovators, and the country's storied history, American Ingenuity is the newest addition to the American pavilion and an exciting steel roller coaster where guests become visitors to the Institute of American Ingenuity, as the brilliant but eccentric Professor Enterprise is showing off her new time machine, which they'll get to witness after walking through a queue that shows the mechanics of important inventions and allows guests to interact with them.

Enterprise shows off the sleek time machine (trains split up into four rows that each have two seats), and surprises guests by telling them that they'll be the first to test it, while she guides them from the institute using speakers on the machine, before the guests board it and go through a swirling tunnel-like portal, where they watch as Benjamin Franklin captures lightning with a rod, a storm coming down all around them that rocks the trains, weave outside to race a train on the First Transcontinental Railroad, and travel further to watch George Washington Carver's experiments inside a greenhouse (the smell of freshly made peanut butter and sweet potato pie around them).

They eventually arrive at a steel mill, with Enterprise commenting that she meant to bring them back to the Institute, before realizing that the machine is malfunctioning and won't bring them back to the base unless it's fixed, which prompts her to nervously tell the visitors that they'll have to hold tight while she does some repairs...although things seem fine at first, guests see a vat of hot lava swinging above them before it pours down, heat filling the room while it approaches the visitors - luckily, Enterprise fixes the machine in time, creating a portal for them, which they reach after an exciting sequence where they whip around, swerve past the lava, and even go through an upside down loop, all to bring them back to the institute, where Enterprise tells the visitors that she has some alterations to make before her invention can become truly great, upon which they exit.

Set in 1960s Miami, Sunshine Street is a peaceful, beachy celebration of the Latin-Americans, African-Americans, and other immigrants that made Florida great...buy period appropriate souvenirs, get a drink at the local bar, or purchase a fresh orange!
It is clear to me that you have a ton of talent as a new imagineer! This is an amazing concept - and one that you clearly put a lot of thought into. My only suggestion would be, as I mentioned to a few others is, your descriptions don't have to be this detailed. It's a bit of a loophole just adding comma, and extensions to sentences, that being said you should be able to describe the attraction concisely. More detail won't lead to more points, akin to other competitions where detail is preferred. But in this comp it's the antithesis of that - just something simple!

It's the idea that counts over everything else.

However, I must congradulate you on your tenacity with this and skillful creativity - very impressive!

Matterhorn and the Switzerland Pavilion
View attachment 299846

In time for Epcot's 40th anniversary, aside from the name change back to EPCOT Center, the park will receive a long-lost pavilion and attraction, Switzerland and the Matterhorn Mountain roller coaster.

Between Germany and Italy, as the site was originally proposed, Switzerland will take guests into a small village in the Alps, complete with the Matterhorn Mountain Bobsleds, a bobsled slide/coaster taking guests through the Matterhorn in high-pace, along with a final splash drop at the end; yes, this attraction will be a literal bobsled slide/coaster, with the long curves, and sliding drops.

Aside from the attraction, the pavilion itself will hold wonderful things, such as a music box shop, a wood-carving demonstration and shop, a candy store, and an accessories/clothing store; across from these is the Matterhorn Meals, a table-service restaurant that not only serves food, but also serves a great view of the splash-down drop on the Matterhorn Mountain Bobsleds.

Bonus:
Vegas Gateway will become a Citywalk 2.0 type area accompanying the third gate; this area will be host to fun neon lights and signs, along with restaurants, shops, and bars with special souvenirs and drinks.
Something that I've longed to see, and I'm sure many others have as well. I like the concept however it is just recycling something that was already an Epcot concept. I would have liked to see your spin on it - maybe instead of the previous bobsled - a new ride system, or a different layout to the pavilion. Something that makes this inherently your own, because those are always the best concepts!

Bonus: +1 Vegas will there be gambling? lol

A neat addition to the rumored Brazil Pavilion - something that would counter Rat on the east side of World Showcase nicely! Using the Shanghai Pirates tech would be a welcome surprise for Epcot and World Showcase, my only 'concern' would be overloading the west side with 3 boat rides, however the Rhine River's intentions in Germany offset those concerns.

Bonus: +1 something that would benefit Uni.

I'm sure that with time we will see some more Fox in the park, there are many properties that have a lot of theme park potential, although I'm not a big fan of Family Guy getting the WS showcase, nevertheless, it's justified as a competition for Springfield so I see that working. Definitely a creative proposal!

This sounds like a really great attraction, and would probably become an Epcot Classic, as it is IPless, and focuses in edutainment, which in my opinion is crucial to make a ride feel like it truly belongs in Epcot! Making it be thrilling, fun, and have guests learn something of it, is a great attraction formula, that in my opinion is underutilized, as it makes overall a more complete and enjoyable experience. Great Work!

Overall, I feel like this would be a very fun ride, however I feel like it could have a more cultural approach, than a Frozen approach, since the cultural aspect was more present in the queue than in the attraction itself. Nevertheless, I think this would be a great ride, great work!

With the Brazil rumors this sounds like a great fit and a great idea! I really like it, it’s very creative and definitely an E-Ticket! As it’s most likely not opening with attraction, which in my opinion is a bad idea, nevertheless, I’m a big fan of this, and hopefully they end up changing their minds and building something on this level!

Bonus: This is a great idea, as it is environmental friendly! :D
