One of These Things Doesn't Belong!

It's a small world because its the only ride that doesnt feature human animatronics. They're considered dolls. Not humans

Okay one more guess.

"it's a small world"
It's the only one Walt got to see before he died.

Creative answers! But not mine.

IASW is not the freak.

Along the lines of Big Ben's answer, let me say that the key to this puzzle is something that occurred late in Walt Disney's life. (And that any parenthetical notations in the list are important to keep in mind.)

Wilt your killing me :brick:

CoP is the only one left, can't think why off the top of my head.
IASW is the only one that still exists in both parks, they were both developed for the '64 World's Fair.

It's late I can't think anymore
One more and I'm going to sleep
IASW exists at all Disney theme parks
CoP used to exist in DL & WDW, but still exists at WDW.
That's it I'm shot out Wilt :snore:

I admire the persistence...but that's not my answer.

Like I said, your comment about the '64 World's Fair put you a lot closer than you probably realize. Maybe a good night's sleep will help you finish this one off!

Ok...here's a random thought...
Is it COP because it's the only one that has original props/design still in use from the World's fair?

I am just guessing here...
I have no idea if this is true...it seems like it might be the other way around....

YES!

To provide a little more detail:

Three of the attractions can be traced back to presentations Walt Disney brought to the 1964 New York World's Fair.

* Hall of Presidents is an evolution of Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln.

* Magic Kingdom's "it's a small world" is based on the one at Disneyland, which debuted at the World's Fair before being transferred to the Anaheim park.

* Universe of Energy features dinosaur Audio-Animatronics, very similar to those seen in Ford's Magic Skyway (and currently seen along the path of the Disneyland Railroad).

But Carousel of Progress isn't just based on or derived from a World's Fair presentation. It's the same show (more or less) that Walt debuted at that exposition, where it was called "Progressland."

After the World's Fair, the show was moved to Disneyland. But in 1975, the Carousel was moved a second time, to WDW's Tomorrowland, where it's still playing today — making it the only piece of WDW (that I know of) that Walt Disney personally saw.

Yay! Here's another one that's likely a gimmie!

One of these things is not like the others....

Mickey's Philharmagic
Spectromagic
Fantasmic!
Great Movie Ride

My initial thought was GMR, since it's the only one without Mickey...but I think Sorcerer Mick shows up in the film at the end?

I'll guess Spectro, because the other three all use some form of projection technology.

Great guess!...it IS Spectro...but the reasoning is found in your first statement! :D
Hm...well, F! and Specto both have a costumed Mickey, so that can't be it.

How about Spectro, because the other three all have an animated Mickey and the parade only features the costumed version?

It is SpectroMagic because it is the only one where we do not see Mickey as the Sorceror's Apprentice.

Yep...that's right! GMR has a scene that features Mickey from Fantasia, and of course sorceror Mickey (or his hat!) is seen in the other two...

Funny, I always though it was Sorceror Mickey in Spectro..I had to look it up!

So Kermit, I guess you are up next!

New Game

"Three of these things belong together.
Three of these things are kind of the same.
But one of these things just doesn't belong here.
Now it's time to play our game.
It's time to play our game."

-Sesame Street, 1969

  1. Symbiosis
  2. Body Wars
  3. Cranium Command
  4. Goofy About Health

One of these thing does not belong! Which one is it?

Symbiosis was located in The Land pavilion; the other three were from Wonders of Life.

Here's one that shouldn't be too tough:

Tokyo DisneySea
Disney's California Adventure
Disney's Hollywood Studios
Walt Disney Studios Park

The answer is Tokyo DisneySea because their Tower of Terror is not themed to The Twilight Zone.
