It seems as if there are no big differences concerning the MK. I would pick Columbia Harbor House too. It's a nice difference compared to all the burgers and hot dogs at the other CS-restaurants in the MK. And the lobster roll is really tasty. I also love the theming, from the music and architecture to the CMs.

In DHS Backlot Express, in EPCOT Liberty Inn (we always feel a little even more in America there) and in DAK probably Restaurantosaurus.

MK: Columbia Harbor House --I am noticing a pattern. If weather is cooler, I love the veg. chili. If it is warm, they make a sandwich with hummus that is delish--and no, I'm not a vegetarian by nature.
Epcot: Lotus Blossom Cafe
DHS: Take the boat, or walk to Beach & Yacht for Hurricane Hannah's Grill (they have a salad there, that I still dream about)
AK: We usually don't eat there, but will try Flame Tree next trip.

MK-Cosmic Rays (whatever your craving they have)

HS-Starring Rolls (deliscious ham sandwiches and fabulous desserts)

AK-Flame Tree (Turkey sandwich or 1/2 chicken both delicious) Yak and Yeti (use snack credits and get an egg roll and a chicken fried rice, then turn the corner and get a cold Safari Amber!)

Epcot-Trying Tangerine Cafe this year!! La Cantina is pretty good!

DTD-Wolfgangs by far (we've ordered almost everything on the menu, can't go wrong. ohhhh and CREME BRULEE!)

Magic Kingdom: Cosmic Rays - Great atmosphere, love the toppings bar especially the warm CHEESE!

Animal Kingdom: I will go with Pizzafari. I enjoy their cheesy bread-sticks. It used to be Restaurantosaurus when their chicken nuggets where better.

Epcot: Sunshine Seasons - Again so many varieties, and outstanding desserts. Doesn't hurt that while your eating you are sitting right next to Soarin!

Hollywood Studios: Gotta go Pizza Planet. Fun atmosphere and pretty decent food. HS doesn't knock my socks off in the quick service area.

Downtown Disney: Earl of Sandwhich! My favorite quick service of them all. Some of the best sandwhiches anywhere.

Good luck on your book! I look forward to more of your threads as they are always enjoyable to be apart of. I love WDW and it's great to have a place to go and discuss my favorite place everyday while I wait for my trips.
