Yes
Originally, this thread was about Bob Iger's legacy. I have a question for the fans who frequent this site. What is your overall opinion of Bob Iger's performance as CEO of The Walt Disney Company? Maybe give him a grade and the main reasons for that grade?
Spray tan. B. The business expanded and remained profitable.

Disney is more than just the parks.

Yeah, but at buffets? You're getting your own food. What's that 20% for exactly? Getting more POG juice? Put in a drink station and cut out the middleman.
Probably for the waiter to make so many visits to the table to clear plates since many will overeat at the buffet and make multiple trips.
Servers see hyper gratuities for buffets as completely normal and have long been indoctrinated to them.

Periodically Disney will “realign” the staffing to Deny them access to these gratuities...high incomes are a bad precedent.

I don’t want to go further down the well...but there’s an ugly sorta history here.

I actually really like how the breakfast is done at Plaza Inn in Anaheim...it’s a hybrid model that eliminates the gratuity by paying at the door. Love it. Minimal, necessary service and really no turnover rush.

Oktoberfest is canceled, but there's hope for Fasching in the Spring
Fasching is a lot of silly fun. It's like what you might get if the Disney Company were put in charge of Mardis Gras celebrations.

And unlike Oktoberfest, which is specifically a Munich event (with a few other imitators), Fasching is celebrated in most of the country, particularly in the more Catholic parts of the country, like Bavaria and the Rheinland.

Granted it is after, for Lent, but I do love a good smokey Rauchbier / Fastenbier!
