My new grand niece was born this morning!!!
So, my cats (Thelma and Louise) have been totally obnoxous since we came home (we left them here for 6 weeks while we were gone). They follow me wherever I go - yesterday when I got out of the shower the 2 of them were sitting on the edge of the tub just waiting for me. I slept last night with about 30 pounds of cat perched on my back.
Congratulations!! That is SO exciting!! I hope she (and her mama) are doing well. When are you taking her to WDW?!
The same happens to us when we return from a trip - cats all over us. But since we're down to two (from a high of 6) it isn't too bad. Right now they're sleeping in (they jumped in before I made it) bed - on the off chance that I might decide to take a nap, I guess. Plus, the temp is supposed to drop again tonight.
hope you left them enough food and water while you were gone . and the litter box must be full! So, my cats (Thelma and Louise) have been totally obnoxous since we came home (we left them here for 6 weeks while we were gone). Scanned page 2, looks like move into chit chat time was seamless, however, the OP still has me confused. I must get back to work so for the moment I'll leave it at that.
We expect you to let us know of any zombie fighting skills you may have. Nemo is lethal with a frying pan, and many of us have a well stocked arsenal. Others have done research into their habits (and habitats) so we can plan our strategy. So, I read the first page and the last few posts. Is it worth seeing why a Little House on the Prairie thread was started and how it transitioned into chit chat time?
I'll sum it up for you...we were all confused by the OP...we questioned the intentions, were blasted a bit for questioning, then ADD set in and it became a random thread spanning the topics of rabies, then zombies (LOTS of zombies), with the occasional cannibal thrown in. Now we just babble.

Just getting ready for the zombie apocalypse.

That pretty much sums it up. We dare you to read the whole thread.
Part of my job involves working with urine, feces, blood, brain, etc. so I think that would help me maintain calm in the face of an army of decaying corpses which is really the key if you're going to whack them with a baseball bat and the like.
