Hello friends!

I haven't touched the computer since Thursday - it's been all shoveling, all the time at my house. We were within a mile of the highest snowfall on Long Island - we got just shy of 3 feet. It was so bad that all of the doors to my backyard couldn't be opened (we have 3 from the sunporch and another sliding glass door from the living room). The gate opens towards the back. I had to pop a screen out of one of the sunroom windows to get in the back to clear the snow from the doors so the kids could play back there! Suffolk County did an awful job of plowing - they waited too long and needed payloaders to clear the snow because the plows were getting stuck. My street wasn't plowed until late Sunday - and the plow got stuck on front of my house. Heck - the Long Island Expressway didn't even open until late Sunday night! The snow is now cleared but there's about 5 inches of compacted ice on my street. Not easy to drive on!! Here's a look at some of the snowfall:

So anyone know a good realtor in Florida?? o_O

We're going to the Mardi Gras parade at FQ tomorrow. Should be fun!
I saw three parades...twice! Watched from one block then the parade meandered through town and I caught them again a block away.

I racked UP with swag! Now what the heck do I do with it ?

Catch a lot of beads, did we? ;)
I gave away three times what I caught...lot's of small children that looked like they wanted the stuff. (especially the large stuffed animals that just wouldn't fit in the plastic bag that I had hooked to my belt.)

I still brought home a huge bag full of stuff. It was lot's of fun.
