80, overcast, more rain on the way, and a flood watch - 5 inches yesterday. My old car got flooded again because my husband parked it too close to the curb. His car is in the shop due to someone backing into it in his office's parking lot.

I passed a few places where it would have been possible to use one. I actually stopped at the top of a "hill" to make sure the stream wasn't covering the bridge at the bottom before I drove over it.
