Offkilter has a new album

Well i'm back. I made it to 3 of the Offkilter perfomances. They definetly put on a good show. They had real good interaction with the crowd. The new Live cd is available all throughout Canada and even in some parts of DTD.

Very cool!!! Anything in particular strike you about any of the performances?? Did they get the tarp on top of the stage fixed as of yet? For a while the guys were performing Topless!!!! :eek: :eek: :lol: Belle

No the top of the stage is still open. They had stagehands come out and remove the covers from the equipment just prior to each perfomance.

The guys were real cool about hanging around afterwards for questions and autographs.

They did play some new songs that i didn't recognize. I'm not sure if they are new originals or remakes of traditional celtic songs.

Thanks Celtic Dog!! I am on the countdown myself for my next trip to the World and of course seeing Off Kilter!! I cant wait!! 16 Days 1 hour and 18 minutes according to the countdown clock that one of the young ladies on the Off Kilter Shrine put on the site!!! Belle

Hey All, I just wanted to give everyone a heads up here. Tonight on the Travel Channel there is a program called John Ratzenberger's Made in America. Tonight they will be visiting Gibson Bagpipes to see how their instruments are crafted. In addition, they are having an expert along in the person of our favorite bagpiper, Jamie Holton!!! This will be airing tonight at 9 pm EST and 8pm Central. Hope everyone enjoys the show!! Belle

Well, saw a thread update reminder with Off Kilter in it...looked to the last poster and of course it was Miss Belle! :lol: But then what did I see...but this comment:

I had previously questioned her attraction to men in skirts...but she always insisted it was just the music. :rolleyes: I guess I know better now.

Looks like that career change to the uniform with the crop is just around the corner!!! :lol: :zipit:

Hi there Clemson Tigger!!!!! Yeah unfortunately, considering one or two members of the band are absolutely stunning looking, it is all about the music for me, as all of the guys are already romantically involved. ::Sigh:: But you are going to watch the show this evening yes??? Belle

Probably be going down the end of Feb. for a conference, big trip latter part of July, don't know about the fall yet, any overlap?

Definitely Tape as I dont have Tivo quite yet, but Ill be making a spare copy as a bunch of the friends want to see this one!!!!
As previously mentioned I Am trying to be a good Belle, dont encourage my bad side!!!!
I am going March 16-19th is a definite ( Gonna see the boys on St patrick's day, which should be a blast!!) Probably late May for my B day and July is a possibility with my best friend and her lovely family!!! She has some of the most amazing kids you will ever see!!!!! Well behaved, sweet, kind, bright etc It is no wonder that Aunt Belle likes being with them!!! Belle

"Alive" is on their third album Celtic Armadillo. Great album. Their site has been on and off for a few weeks now but it will be back someday... however if you're desperate for the album, a guy sells them in his ebay store... albeit for $30 each... still it's a way to go. Just search for Off Kilter on ebay and there you go.

I cant even begin to explain to everyone how much OK's fan base HATE their website!!!! The bloody thing is down more than half the time and even when it is up, it isnt ever updated with anything worth discussing!!!!!!! As far as the albums I have a few thoughts. If anyone wants to PM Me with contact information, I Am going down to the World and will be seeing the Guys in Mid October. I can print out the information and give it to the band themselves to have their merchandising staff get back with you ( Dont give me any credit card info or stuff like that just a name and a contact phone number or E mail) Also you can always call up Disney Mail order at 407-363-6200 or online at wdw.mail.order@disneyworld.com to get a new CD still in the shrinkwrap, brand new and for less than $30.00!!!! I believe the CD's are $20.00 in the park. If any one else has any other ideas besides talking to the guys about the site ( I have ad infinitum, ad nauseum) I will certainly listen!!! Belle
