So why do we want to join D23 again? And for how much?

Was it for the "insider information" and other crap that we ALL knew about for MONTHS? I can pay money to join D23, fly to DL, and then sit through hyped up stuff that I can read about and see pictures of MINUTES after the rumors we knew about months ago are finally confirmed?

Now that we have seen our first D23 convention for X amount of dollars, wherein lies the need to join it?

You can't honestly tell me that if you had the chance to go to Anaheim and attend the convention you wouldn't of done so. I highly doubt anyone here could say such a thing.

If it made financial sense, I would have joined/gone in a heartbeat. I've never seen DL...and I think that's the one thing missing to make this utter fanboy complete...

btw, I'm completely and utterly in tears over today's news...good tears. I was getting very scared at the rumblings that things were going to be underwhelming...and it's exactly the opposite. I'm blown away.

The artist renderings of the new fantasyland are 10X better than what the plans could convey.....

75 Bucks to join a club all depends on what you get, WITH joining it.

I'm so glad this weekend has arrived. All these exciting announcements have confirmed and or put to rest some rumours and now we can discuss things that are actually happening, not just speculation. (wow run on sentence)

I give big props to Disney for doing it right. Not to say Iger is perfect, but he seems to get it. The Pixar Acquisition, letting Lasseter do his thing, building an expansion in DCA that needs it, and now the Marvel Acquisition and Fantasyland. I'm so happy I think I'm going to join D23.

The D23 Convention sounds interesting and exciting.
I can't believe that they decided not to bring back Captain EO. It would of been interesting to see an original attraction that closed years ago come back around now.
I'm excited about their future plans with the parks, etc.
