So you are speculating they will uproot the carpets, haul it across the park, and stick some elephants on it? If so, I like this idea. I really dislike the carpets and those ugly camels.

The D23 Expo is the best thing to come out of D23. It's a great medium to use to get this news across....they are catering DIRECTLY to fans, here...something they needed to do for a very long time.
I wish they ran the club/fees/merch/magazine the same way they did this. Less inwardly focused, more catering to ALL fans.

Exactly. This is going to be lush, look fantastic, and be amazing. This is a HUGE one up on the Fantasyland concept.
And, I agree!I could stare at the concept art all day.
All in all, I am quite pleased with todays announcements. I really wasn't expecting anything other than Star Tours 2. :shrug:
I also just want to point out one thing to D23 naysayers. If it wasn't for the creation of D23 this year, we might not all be sitting here excited and celebrating today. No D23 equals no D23 Expo. Sure, these things would have eventually gotten announced (I hope!) but it probably wouldn't have been nearly as anticipated and exciting. I don't recall ever being fed this much information about the Walt Disney Company in one day ever. The D23 concept is far from perfect but it sure has provided Disney with a great vehicle for disseminating information.
I'm not looking to start another D23 debate....just my $0.02 on the subject. :shrug:

Well that is a most excellent plan. If they give Aladdin an eviction notice I hope they don't feel the need to stick something in its place (unless it carries a lot of Jungle Cruise merchandise...).
