Objectionable Tattoos....

If there is nothing morally offensive, then don't worry about it at all. Arms, legs with tattoos are not even noticed much anymore. They are everywhere. I don't understand it because I used to run a nursing home and I have seen, up close and personal, what happens to those works of art when we age. It's not a pretty sight and the best one can hope for is that it looks like a bruise or something, but it certainly no longer resembles anything like it was originally. :D Nothing, even a tattoo is permanent. Nature reclaims in one way or the other.:)
That thought crosses my mind every time I see a young lady with a lower back tattoo.
What on Earth is that going to look like in 50-60 years?

I just read the clothing guide lines and saw the objectionable tattoos and got a little freaked out. My DH had one complete leg covered (high thigh to ankle of various things) and the front and back of the thigh and shin/calf of the other leg. He has others but this is what would be showing in shorts and a t-shirt. I am just a little concerned that there might be a problem with entering the park(s).

Has anyone ever been turned away or requested to put pants or long sleeves on?
There is a clothing guideline? How come nobody else at the park has read it?

It shouldn't take park rules to "tell" people that they shouldn't have tattoos with nudity in them outwardly visible when in Walt Disney World.

At the risk of getting completly bashed for saying anything about what people wear, I think there are a lot of things that you would think people wouldn't have to be "told" not to wear. Our family was at Blizzard Beach this past September, and I just kept thinking "really, that's what you chose to wear to a family waterpark"? I've never seen so many thong bathing suits in my life (and the older gentleman in the yellow speedo that became nearly transparent when wet may have traumitized my 11 year old daughter for life).

One of my tats is my Wife's name-LISA on my chest. When we were at WDW last we were at a pool and some guy walks up with a serious look on his face and says "Hey buddy, what the Hell do you have MY WIFES name on your chest????" Then he kind of laughed..turns out his wife was a Lisa too.... :)
