North East Snow storm thread

The snow stopped here too. I think we have close to 2' of snow out there. I will have to try to get a pic and download it.

Just came in from round 3 of the snow removal...
Still white-out conditions here...but the sun is trying to peak through the clouds.
I can't give you a precise estimate on the amount of snow...because the entire driveway is filled with drifts. The lowest area was a little below my waist...the highest being about 8 feet.

We got about a foot of snow..........last night my fiance and I played in it. FUN! We had a football catch. (and of course he tackled me and threw me in the snow a few times since I'm easily overpowered!) Anyway, I figured, if I can through a spiral with gloves on in snow up to my shins or whatever, Donovan can too! So we'll be alright! GO EAGLES!!!!!!!

1) a view down Broadway right into Times Square. Note the gigantic pile of snow that had been plowed up.
2) a view up 7th Ave (Central Park at the end of the street). Note the cab that is having trouble making the turn cleanly.
3) the rooftop patio of the Sheraton Manhattan hotel. Everything is buried.
4) an overview of 50th and Broadway
5) an amusingly appropriate image

We're in the White Mountains of NH and getting dumped on.
Snow. Bah! Humbug!! :hurl:
Oh, and I forgot to mention that it's been in the subzero temps lately. A couple of days ago it was -25F in real temp! (windchill was even worse)
Just three more weeks and we move to Florida...ahhh... :sohappy:

We had 24 inches here in Eastlake, Ohio I heard that in Baltimore they are supposed to get 36 inches
